What a listing gets you
- An entry on your town page, alongside every other venue in the town.
- Inclusion in the county ranking, scored by the same published formula as everyone else.
- A place on the relevant themed pages: 24 hour, budget, boxing, classes, pools, over 50s.
- A written one line summary of who the venue suits, from us, not from your marketing copy.
What we need from you
Send these and the entry can go up the same week.
- Trading name, street address and postcode.
- Phone number and website.
- Opening hours, including whether you are genuinely 24 hour and whether that is staffed or fob access.
- Operator or chain, if you are part of one, and whether a membership works at your other sites.
- What you actually are: gym floor, classes, pool, martial arts, women only, personal training.
- A price, if you publish one. If you do not, we will list you without one and say that you do not publish it.
Corrections, moves and closures
Same route, same cost, which is nothing. If your listing has the wrong town, the wrong operator or an old phone number, tell us. If you have closed, tell us and we will remove it rather than leave people driving to an empty unit.
We will not remove a low score on request. The formula is published, it is applied to every venue identically, and it moves when your reviews move.
What people ask us
Does it cost anything to list my Norfolk gym?
No. Listings are free, there is no paid tier and there is no way to buy a better position.
Can I pay to appear higher?
No. The ranking is a published formula based on Google rating and review volume. Nothing else moves it.
My gym has no Google reviews yet. Can I still be listed?
Yes. You will be listed, scored zero and shown as unranked, and the entry will say plainly that there are no reviews yet rather than implying anything worse.
Can I get a bad verdict changed?
We will correct anything factually wrong, immediately. We will not rewrite a fair summary or suppress a score because you would rather it were higher.
